I would like to share a bit of truth that most people who look will see. There is such a thing you can call basic rudiments. Basic rudiments mean you do everything in your power to do the most prosurvival thing in regards to your body. Make sure it gets enough sleep , eats the right food and gets proper exercise. The moment you abuse one of these items you will be more apt to negative influence from your environment or your own mind. All the positive thinking in the world will not stop these negative influences. These negative influences in some form or fashion give you fear and tell you, you do not have what it takes, (to say it nicely) you then make this thought correct by doing some negative thing in your life or abuse yourself somewhere along the basic rudiments. Many people have given up and continue on a downward spiral in life. Many people are still hanging on with just enough truth to keep them afloat and some will look like they have pulled themselves up and out of the mud. Scientology is the study of knowing how to know. It is about finding out how to pull yourself up. So life does not pull you down to a point that you really do not care or have given up like many people have done. I am not devaluating any other method to pull you up for anything that validates the correct way of think based on inherent truths will keep you afloat and possibly more. All’s I am saying is look for yourself ,keep looking for truth that will help set you free from the negativity that the mind gladly loves to give, to keep you in your place . Start with the truth of keeping your basic rudiments in and you will have a fighting chance 95-98% percent of the people on this earth will disagree with me on this point. It involves a term called reasonableness. It involves an idea, that it is OK to cheat just a little on your goals. It involves the idea you need to completely balance all your dynamics in life. Dynamics meaning all that you do in life meaning your personal life, your family, the groups you belong in, as well as mankind, should equally take up your attention and intention units. The bottom line of this is that it is simply not true. That you should do this or trust anyone with the idea they should do this, which if done will bring about complete success is false. Only those who stay the course and shut out the thoughts of it being ok to allow just a little slack are undermining the survival of not just their own universe but that of every one else. Most people, I mean at least 95- 98 % or more will find this extreme to the point of fanatical and will dismiss it as very strange. As in the movie “Divergent” you see the fractions assume a way of life as true without question. The idea that you have even freewill to decide your own fate which makes it seem you have all the freedom in the world, is simply an illusion to the many. All our freedoms eventually get stripped in our societies and we all are carefully coerced into buying into it. Only a few of us will see what is happening as in “Divergent”. And it is those few who see through this illusion as false, and are doing something about it, we must give respect to, yet they are looked at as fanatical, strange and actually irritating to the masses. Those who are trying to control the masses for their own gain find the divergent ones also very irritating. The bottom line to what I am saying will mostly fall on deaf ears and will be dismissed as, to radical. Only the divergent will see the truth in these matters. There are fractions , individuals or divergent groups which the human race is dependent on and like I said most all people will ditch this idea but that is ok . I am not addressing this to all people, only to those who are divergent. I give this very small advice that in more ways than one should not be taken lightly. It is simply this. Do not allow yourself or other people to make it ok to slack or to tell you it is ok to slack off just a little but understand that you must succumb to this thought just a tad so as not to completely invalidate the majority, because if the majority was completely invalidated the majority could actually slow things down to a point where the divergents would slow down, so every one loses. So again, in regards to your goals, in regards to group goals do not allow yourself the so called luxury of being reasonable to much or to long because it is human nature to allow reasonableness to go to far. A simple example: “one small tiny piece of cake will not hurt , one bite full should not hurt, just a bit of rest should be OK , deviating just this one time never could hurt anything, it all sounds so good yet it is not the small bite that hurts or the little bit of rest that hurts it is the fact that one can lose the whole idea of where one is going that will kill it dead because one bite can lead to another and then another. Yes you say they or that person lacks discipline or vision or purpose. No, that person has fallen to reasonableness as it is a mechanism set up to make us fail individually and fail as a group. So to make sure you make it, as well as all of us, it will depend on how well you hold the line on reasonableness. It will never be popular. It should never be even talked about for the majority will smother it as absurd and will look at you with a certain type of disgust. They will all work at suppressing it in a covert or overt way. It is best to keep it to yourself and press on to do all that it takes to reach your goals especially on the lines of greater survival not only for your self but everyone. It is only when you succeed can you begin to invite others to follow and even then many will still try to bring you down. Align with others who may understand. This will give you the resolve to move forward and achieve what you need to achieve. Godspeed, to flourish and prosper for yourself and all of humanity. My hat is off to the divergent who seek to bring about a better life for all mankind in any way possible and not succumb to the reasonableness of the majority. Health is a personal subject full of he said, they say, full of everyone’s ideas of how to get healthy from low fat recipes’ to eating completely raw. Who is right? Why do we die of complications our ancestors did not die of, such as cancer, heart disease, mental illness and over use of prescribed drugs. I cannot claim myself as an expert but only give you my story. I also may be too premature but I am thinking not. I do feel it is important to share. And yes I write this on my birthday. I write this to myself as a birthday present. I woke up actually refreshed from sleeping for the first time since I can remember, wow! A feeling that has been missing for so long. I am going to try and be brief with this and hopefully not get to detailed. I basically just want to send a message out . Lets say awhile back ago I went on a diet of raw food ,basically fruits and veggies the 80/ 10 /10 diet to be precise by Dr Douglass N. Graham. I had high blood pressure ranging 140-145 over 90 as an average. My doctor suggested I go and take atenolol a prescription drug. This actually worked for awhile by keeping it down to 120 /80 then shortly stopped working. I never went back to see what I could do. I just lived with it. I then went on this particular diet for about a month. I felt great and had more energy and actually got my blood pressure down to 120 /80 weaning myself off of the drug. But gave up on the diet. With blood pressure going back up.. years passed by and recently was feeling more deteriorated with my health. My blood pressure was going back up a little bit more, saying about 145 over 92 and sometimes higher . I tried an attempt to go back on the 80/10/10 diet with out success.I was not trying to confront it anymore. Then recently I developed some vertigo. I did not know what this was at the time and thought I was having a stroke. I dropped to the floor out of control. I ended up going to Emergency to find that this was the problem. Six months later relatively recently I felt myself getting dizzy a lot. I developed insomnia for the first time in of my life . Every night I went to sleep I could not close my eyes to sleep. I thought if I drifted asleep that I might die. With lack of sleep for days it was hard to concentrate . I felt a lot of uncomfortable physical manifestations, and was obviously tired a lot but felt adrenalin was keeping me awake. I was thinking I must be stressed or worried about something. I was definitely not unhappy but actually more excited about life than I ever have been . So I thought maybe I am to excited about life and must try to subdue myself. So I tried not thinking to much about anything and be as calm as possible. Still was not working. I could really understand how a person could literally go insane and want to seek treatment , then get pumped up with a bunch of drugs etc. I was at my wits end . I would scour the internet for solutions about sleep and try them as much as possible I even ordered a new mattress, still on its way. Another sleepless night came, it actually came after a party I went to . I got to bring the cake home, yes very delicious and sweet . I ate it the next day. That night I could not sleep again. My body just felt pumped up yet I was tired. I checked my blood pressure it was the highest it has ever been 160 over 101. I thought even if I could sleep I might wake up dead. Ok, finally anxiety was starting to really happen. So I went to emergency. I sat in one of those rooms with curtains. I could hear the guy next to me talking his story about how he ran out of insulin for his diabetic condition. And would need to stay in the hospital for a few days to stabilize. .And I thought I had it bad. The doc came in, said I should see my doctor to get my sleep disorder and blood pressure handled. Said take one more pill of atenolol and relatively speaking my blood pressure being that high is not that I will die. He sent me home and I apologized for being so alarmed. I felt a little relived and was able to sleep a couple of hours. I decided I would not see my doctor. I did not want more drugs. I continued to look on the internet and came across a Doc Joseph Mercola.. he has a lot of info on his website . Two ideas stood out, not eating sugar and and anything that acts like sugar. And juicing your greens , veggies etc for a green drink. He has a whole program for taking back your health. And it is reading through his knowledge . and doing just a couple of things he says to do that I actually for the first time in what seems like years (for at least the last two days) brought my blood pressure to normal , and have been able to sleep and actually for the first time in a long while woke up actually refreshed. My understanding, many of us do not even know what it feels like to be healthy and for the first time I can understand why . We are actually slowing poisoning ourselves though the approval of the FDA and big pharma and profits. We are eating food, which is not food. The problem is so huge , the propaganda so convincing, the instant gratification being so important, the seeking of pleasure and comfort food so important as to make it ok to eat what is suppose to pass as food or if not considered food as desert type food may fall into, that we are actually fooling ourselves into dying a slow death. Eventually our life will lose vibrancy, we will feel more tired and old and then allow bigger illness to creep in and take us down. All because of the group agreement food is food. The giving of candy as a gift is actually the giving of poison. And to think we start right off poisoning our own kids ,using it as a treat. How ironic! It is up to you and know one else to take control of you health. The government , the FDA, other people will spoon feed you either ,on purpose, lies or out of their own ignorance what they may consider food that in actuality is poison. I highly recommend reading “SWEET DECEPTION” and “TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR HEALTH” BY DR JOSEPH MEROCOLA. I KNOW THIS QUICK FIX THAT HAS WOKEN ME UP TO HEALTH IS ONLY A START. It means to me, to have happiness, fun, prosperity and the achievement of your dreams. But it does come to those that have high ethics and morals. It comes to those who care and give to others. It comes to those who love people. It comes to those who follow their passion. It comes to those who see life as a game. It is not a serious venture. Do not be serious about success. Because when you are serious success tends to elude one. The more flippant, insouciant, light hearted the more “success” you will have. Do not get lost in the complexities of doing. Because if your being is not right, doing becomes an exercise in futility. Being :is thought ,it is idea, it is creation.. people get lost in to much doing, thinking they are making progress. Pro-survival comes from following your passion. It is what excites you the most. What excites you the most is often what you fear the most. Rather than face that fear most people play it safe, and they live a life that is passive to one degree or another. They get into habits that are safe. Life gives them so much to do they feel overwhelmed, so they try to go faster with their action or try to be more efficient with their action. Their mindset for lack of a better word is fixed. Or in other words has been brainwashed into a certain pattern of thinking. And to be safe is to think how most all others think and thus they cannot be made wrong for their way of doing. If they screw up, most every one else does also. They are safe because they are only doing what seems logical. If it is not meant to be then it is not meant to be for the rest of the masses. Being ,creates a world that revolves around one but incorporates the welfare of all around one. Being is a reality that incorporates the idea anything is possible. If you decide “it” to be a certain way. (“It” being whatever you are working on manifesting in life) Action will align with “it”. But with out “it” as a guide post, action is random and produces no great outcome only that a lot of busy work was accomplished. With the proper being, doingness and havingness line up well. Moral of the story put all your chips on “being” and then continue to be, even more. Doing will evolve from being and then you will have what you want and more. Intelligence and logic does not guarantee happiness and success but confronting your own fears through an understanding of life will give you the greater chance
Stress on performance will not give you results of happiness and success but giving one the tools,love , instruction and the freedom to use them or not ,with understanding that failure is inevitable but will lead the way to better happiness and success. Then you will get performance ,happiness and success. and so I think. What does that mean? Well it also means feel the discomfort and do it any way . In life you have to put in the discipline and maybe even the sacrifice if you want something, in life . In most cases it does not come without effort and it is with effort that is way more than you think or imagine. The opposite of that is" cave in" by pushing too hard and not being able to handle it. This life or game of life is set up with a lot of barriers external and internal. One of the worst ones is when you lose, many people tend to hold on to it and then use it as an excuse to lose more and then they are doomed .The other, really even worse than that, is the ones set up inside you that is almost like preprogrammed and you are not aware of, because you have justified it so much that it is not real to you how it can be different, the excuse you hear on that one is "Well that is just the way I am" I cannot change, I have been like that for years, or you get the one who falls into apathy and has just given up. There are many examples of people who came up from the holes of hell and have proved you can change and succeed. There are the ones who are victims, there are the ones who feel they need welfare or are entitled to it as if it was there right to be cared for. I am not saying any of this is wrong. I am just saying it does not have to be. You may say that is unfair. Well I may say life is unfair. To take life on, you must summon the courage, the strength ,the sacrifice, the discipline, the reach , to be all that life has given you to be . You must seek it out. You must find out, the answers are here, you just have to look or should I say put out the confront to look and do . It is not easy but no one ever said life was. Beware of the ones who have so called "taken the easy way of life" because in most cases there is no easy way. Every path has its obstacles. There really is no such thing as a free handout. It is all a deception to trick you into not having to work hard. The other deception is " well I do work hard and where did that get me". The truth is, if you look, you did not truly confront and put out the energy to seek out the truth . The truth being the constant looking for answers , the constant push of pushing through failure, the constant push of being more than you are or grow as a person. Sure people live and make it through life but not all people play to win, and once again the saying "winning is not everything" takes on a different meaning . People who lose say that, because wining is geared on obtaining your own goals. If you are not winning you are losing, and that should not even be an option. Carry on out with the "correct attitude" not the "positive attitude" but correct attitude. You do whatever it takes to produce the results you envision for yourself. Do not shoot low but shoot high. To get the most out of life there is no other option. When the chips are down the tough keep going. Failures happen to everyone. You are not the only one. Keep foraging ahead with the correct attitude, because all life barriers are a deception. They are testing you to see if you will fall for it. If you do you loose . If you do not, you stay on the path to reach what you truly want and are seeking in life . For the lost souls who do not know what that is , yes you are in the confusion that life has set up for you to lose. Gather yourself up and put in the "correct attitude" look at how you can contribute to life, not how life can contribute to you. Decide to be the best you can be in it. Seek out more knowledge, seek out advices , look for a mentor, make a difference . It is not really about what you want. It is about what you can give or would like to give. Maybe it is something you have to prove to yourself or prove to the world. But make a decision and move forward. Indecision is No Man's Land . A place of desolation. Everyone has greatness inside them . Many go through life without ever tapping it. Make sure you tap yours. The secret to “thinking positive”, is greased by the act of responsibility and the act of pan determinism( which is to act on behalf of both sides of an issue or relationship, to the greatest benefit of both sides. When this is in place peace and serenity can be yours. On another note, the more you live your life ethically or I can say living your life based on decisions that give better survival to yourself as well as all you associate with , or, just live, by good morals that tend to create a better, more positive , loving and happy life for yourself and others around you: When you can do this, the more free you will be and more freedom you will have, to live your life, as you want to live it, to be the person you really are and not a pseudo product of societies propaganda to live as instructed : “ Think Positive” will not be a demand on yourself , but just a natural way of living. No one is ever wrong , they or you may just be misinformed, or your sense of what is right may just me different. Put yourself in another’s shoes if you were them, could you be right with this or thier perspective? And yourself possibly could be looked at as wrong? In most instances each perpective can be looked at as right, so essentially no one is wrong . If no one is wrong everyone is right .If you start with that premise resolutions can come about much quicker |
