Bottom line :is to admire the good , to acknowledge the good, ……in people. When you do this, something happens inside them to where they want to rise to what you admire them for.
Who are you to judge what is right for anyone, we all have our dreams, our hopes and desires. We also all have our deep seated fears that tend to keep us from being all we can be. Tell a person they are wrong for being who they are and you will send them deeper into a hole, or if not that, they plain and simple will not want to be around you. When others are not following the plan you think they should follow, you can say,……. it makes you wrong,…….. you do not want to be wrong …..so you try to change them to make yourself more right. This is not logical thinking. This seems to be inbred in most people to cause conflict. This is only my observation. To one degree maybe there is some truth to it and maybe some untruth. I guess the moral of this story is support those close to you , people you know , be excited for them ……., feel their passion……….., you do not have to convert them.
The understanding, the affinity, the reality and the communication will grow quicker and faster than you can ever possibly imagine. Not only they will be happier but so will you.
